Responsibilities:
--- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
--- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a
quick and easy closing process
--- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by
our team to ensure growth for our business
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about
potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
--- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very
best service and your very best advice to nurture client
relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Great communication and social skills
--- A proven record of sales experience and success is
preferred
--- Tech savvy
--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Show good organizational and time management skills
