This position will require the following responsibilities:

Strategically recruit qualified job seekers to match skills appropriately with job openings at client locations

Conduct detailed interviews with recruited applicants

Complete reference checks from past employers and peers to further qualify interview candidates

Seek business development opportunities in effort to engage previous and new clients

Meet and exceed company provided production goals

Add a positive attitude and innovation to the office culture
