business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive
business growth and employee engagement. You'll provide expert
guidance on all employee lifecycle aspects, from talent acquisition

- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with
strategic business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support talent
acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Provide consultative guidance on talent management,
compensation and benefits, employee relations, and learning and
development.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the
organization.
