About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at UT Health Athens. As a CT Tech, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our diagnostic imaging department.Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, interventional, and therapeutic procedures for patients of all ages, ensuring accurate and complete examinations and treatments.
• Organize and document patient care in coordination with radiologists, nursing personnel, and other areas of the department.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure quality care consistent with established standards.
• Assume responsibility for professional growth and development, participating in educational activities to promote continuous improvement.Qualifications
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiology program.
  • Two to three years of experience as a diagnostic technologist.
  • CPR certification (all levels) and Basic Life Support within 90 days of hire date.
  • Must be licensed by the State of Texas.Preferred Qualifications
    • Certification in CT, MRI, or Special Procedures.
