Job Description:
A company is looking for a Connecting Specialist to work
remotely, providing support in workplace behavioral health
services.
Key Responsibilities:
Determine clients' connecting needs and complete EAP Intake
Forms
Assign EAP staff or affiliates to client cases and facilitate
connections to appropriate resources
Maintain communication with clients regarding the status of their
connecting requests
Required Qualifications and Education:
High School diploma required; Bachelor or Associates degree
preferred
Experience with IT applications and database systems
Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
Strong customer service commitment
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
