Lubricant and Oil manufacturer in DFW is looking for a Research and
Development Chemist to provide development and leadership to meet
customer needs and optimize the quality, cost, and performance of

8a-5pFUNCTIONSDesign and execute experiments establishing necessary
specifications for industrial use.Accurately document lab work,
including experimental methods and results.Communicate technical
findings through presentations to both internal and external
stakeholders.Collaborate with chemists, technicians, field sales,
service teams, manufacturing, and customers to ensure product
performance and support.Work within a team to address customer
needs and provide technical solutions.Develop and adjust
formulations based on lab data and production batch
outcomes.Partner with the QC team to establish and validate test
specifications and methodologies.QUALIFICATIONSB.S. in Chemistry,
Chemical Engineering or related field2+ years of experience with
industrial lubricant formulationsUnderstanding of industrial
