Location:Home Health - Fort WorthDepartment:AdministrationShift:First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:The Executive Assistant II provides administrative and clerical support to an individual in leadership. Responsibilities include routine clerical support as well as producing reports and presentations utilizing various graphic and spreadsheet software applications, coordination and support of regular meetings, special projects and events, meeting minutes and written and/or verbal communication with a wide range of individuals both internal and external to the company and system.Education and Experience:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor or Business degree Preferred Secretarial or administrative experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Three years of secretarial experience to an executive in a similar or like position
• 5 years of Executive\Administrative Experience, preferred. Bilingual strongly desired, Spanish preferredQualifications:
  • Be able to perform job duties with a minimum of direction and supervision
  • Be self-motivated, energetic, confident and a good communicator
  • Act in a professional and appropriate manner at all times
  • Maintain a pleasant and flexible attitude/demeanor
  • Be proficient at basic computer skills with various software applications
