Entry-Level/Junior Business and IP Litigation Attorney



We are a small boutique law firm (9 attorneys) looking for an entry-level or Junior Business/IIP Litigation Attorney who is passionate about being a true advisor and problem solver for businesses and business owners. This is an entry-level position for lawyers to gain experience in our firm's practice area (business, IP, and litigation).

--- Analyze and categorize client documentation efficiently
--- Communicate legal strategies through memos and advisory letters
--- Conduct thorough legal research on client-related matters
--- Assist in creating business transaction documents
--- Address legal inquiries from marketing and sales teams
--- Produce articles or blog posts discussing recent legal developments
--- Support client communication initiatives

Qualifications:
--- Able to work effectively in a high-paced work environment
--- Holds a Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
--- Maintains active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
--- Demonstrates strong logical and rational thinking abilities
--- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills
--- Shows initiative as a self-starter and values teamwork
--- Exemplifies excellent organization skills and meticulous attention to detail
