A company is looking for a Sr. Backend Developer to join their fully remote engineering team.



Key Responsibilities

Write code in Kotlin and develop backend systems
Collaborate with business and product partners to understand requirements and execute plans
Advocate for best practices in testing, design, and observability to ensure platform quality


Required Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering or relevant experience
Proficiency in Kotlin or similar programming languages (e.g., Java, C#)
Experience with PostgreSQL and core SQL
Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services
Experience in building RESTful APIs and application architecture
