Job Description:
Are you looking for a challenging career in Customer Service
that will provide growth opportunities? This large company is
seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate
about Customer Service to fill immediate openings in our fast-paced
call center. Our Customer Service Department supports our banking
customers. Must have at least 2 years experience and is ideal for
those with Call Center experience. The position provides
opportunities for personal and career growth. The contact center is
open from 6am - 10pm, 7 days a week, You must have open
availability to be considered for this position
QUALIFICATIONS
? Customer service focused
? Excellent verbal skills
? Skilled at evaluating complex issues
? Very good at multi-tasking while maintaining attention to
detail
? Proficiency in various computer applications, as well as the
ability to learn and master new systems and tools.
? Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus but is not
required
? Experience in banking is preferred but not required
? Must have at least one year of experience in a call center
Client requires a 7 year background check.
