Requirements & Preferences: 1-2 years call center experience,
preferably in collections. Job duties: Open customer accounts and
maintain customer records by recording account information. Resolve
service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the
best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or
adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.Will be responsible
for contacting customers regarding accounts that are past due in
order to collect either the funds owed or the collateral.
Collecting multiple payments on past due accounts.
An overall understanding and ability to overcome objections and use
the persuasive ability to continue to request payment as well as
use a consultative approach to identify the implications of being
in collections.
