Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Labor and Employment Attorney for our client a national law firm. This will be a contract remote role with part time hours.
Details:

• Schedule will be 20-25 hours a week (possibly more as we lead up to trial)
  • Still not able to do concurrent legal work
  • Needs to have at least 4 years of experience
  • Labor & employment litigation; prefer someone with CA fair employment and housing cases experience; prefer someone who has done investigations before
    • Someone who has investigation experience would be very helpful as this person will have to track down certain factual issues, figure them out and resolve them which will likely involve finding and interviewing people
    • Ability to be creative and think outside the box to get the necessary information
    • Doesn't have to be barred in CA but must be licensed and living in a state where we have an office
    • Duration is likely 5-6 months as of now trial is late Jan\/early Feb
    • Pay rate range: $65-$79
