Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, adhering to established guidelines and regulations.Qualifications
- AADN (Associate of Applied Science in Nursing) required.
- Current Texas RN License and BLS certification mandated.
