Cook Children's Health Care System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.Job Description & Requirements

• Standard Weekly Hours: 36Job Summary:The successful candidate will serve on the overnight pharmacy team, providing clinical support to critical care areas, emergency medicine, and code response. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical care principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical pharmacy support to critical care areas, emergency medicine, and code response
  • Develop and implement pharmaceutical care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient careQualifications:
    • Graduate from an American Council on Pharmacy Education accredited school of pharmacy
    • Texas Pharmacist and Pharmacy Preceptor licensures must be obtained within 90 days of employment
    • CPR - BLS and PALS required
