UT Health East Texas Physicians Jacksonville - Family Medicine , a family medicine and urgent care clinic, is searching for a family medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its established team in Jacksonville, TX. About the Position: Join a team of 1 physician Shared call (phone only) APP generally works three 12-hour shifts

• Clinic Hours are M-F 7am to 7pm, Sat 8am to 6pm, and Sun 1pm to 5pm Onsite X-ray and Labs Epic EMR Recruitment Package may include:
