Job Description & RequirementsCook Children's Health Care System is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Fort Worth, Texas.

  • Provide accurate medication history services to patients.
  • Coordinate medication distribution processes to ensure timely and safe delivery of medications.
  • Support clinical pharmacists in delivering optimal pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Manage medication needs at discharge to ensure continuity of care.Requirements:
    • High School or equivalent required.
    • Minimum of three years of experience as a pharmacy technician.
    • Pharmacy technician experience in a pediatric setting preferred.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office computer applications, Epic EHR, DoseEdge, and Omnicell preferred.
    • Texas State Board of Pharmacy Registration.
    • Pharmacy Technician Certification.
    • BLS Certification (within 90 days of hire).
    • ACPE IV Certification (within 6 months of hire).
    • Medication History training certificate course, as specified by Pharmacy Leadership (within 6 months of hire).
