Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Contracts with
expertise in federal contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day contract activities for multiple IDIQ contracts,
including Task Order development and closeout
Lead scope of work development and coordinate with internal
stakeholders to issue Request for Proposals
Review consultant proposals, negotiate terms, and provide weekly
reporting on Task Order progress
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction
management, business, or related field, or 14 years of relevant
experience without a degree
Minimum of 8 years of experience managing large projects in the AEC
industry
Experience in government contracting and IDIQ contract
administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Procore, and
SharePoint
Experience in project planning, execution, and delivery in a matrix
organization
