• Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and safety
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance quality and safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
• Provide education and training to staff on quality and safety best practices
• Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to promote quality and safetyRequirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field
  • Experience leading quality improvement projects and teams
