A company is looking for a Principal Customer Success Manager
for Key Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across
enterprise customers
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer
objectives
Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex
challenges
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in the fleet industry managing
enterprise-level accounts
Proven success with companies managing fleets larger than 5,000
assets
Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred
Deep knowledge of the fleet management industry or related
industries
