Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Analytics to manage client analysis needs and lead a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead analysts on quantitative research projects and ensure quality control of client-facing materials
Manage a team of 10 analysts, providing leadership and establishing best practices in data analytics
Collaborate with client leads to develop products and support the professional growth of team members

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant professional experience in a quantitative field
6+ years of relevant experience in advanced analytics leadership
5+ years of team leadership experience
Strong familiarity with statistical modeling, polling, and experimental designs
Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R
