ENERCON's Chief Engineering Group is seeking a Senior Mechanical Analysis Engineer to join the team in the Kennesaw, GA or FT Worth, TX office location. • Prepare, review and support development of various engineering products associated with mechanical engineering. Engineering products include calculations, drawings, modification packages, purchase/design specifications, and studies
• Provide mentoring and training to grow technical expertise of other engineers in specific mechanical engineering areas such as fluid mechanics, HVAC, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, fans, etc
• Perform subject matter expert reviews of engineering products involving mechanical engineering
• Collaborate and ensure effective teamwork with other ENERCON engineering groups for customer support, execution of projects, and business development
• Support occasional site walkdowns to identify design solutions and develop cost-effective problem resolutions
• Work across multi-disciplined teams. Many projects are multi-disciplined and require interface with engineers from other groups and offices Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the mechanical engineering in the field
  • Extensive expertise with pumps, valves, fans, heat exchangers, and/or HVAC
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, but typically ranging from 1-5 days #LI-SH7 Additional Information
