  KCF Technologies is looking to hire a Field Analyst to join our growing field operations team At KCF Technologies, we embrace our customers problems, seek solutions, and win with them.   We are seeking a Field Analyst located in either Houston, Dallas, or Fort Worth, Texas areas or else someone who can relocate to one of those surrounding areas.

  Essential Functions:
  • On-site assessment of our customer's industrial manufacturing equipment/machines and needs to develop a partnership plan for deploying KCF's machine health platform.
  • Installation and service of SmartDiagnostics - hardware at customer sites
  • On-site troubleshooting and Quality Assurance of SmartDiagnostics - software and hardware products
  • Perform customer training programs on SmartDiagnostics - software and hardware
  • Answer questions and solve customer problems as company grows
  • Continuous innovation to provide value to customer Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or similar job experience
    • Able, willing, and excited to visit and maneuver through large industrial plants with multiple naysayers and supporters
    • 2+ years relevant experience
    • Located in either Houston, Dallas, or Fort Worth, Texas areas or else can relocate to one of those surrounding areas.
    • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time
    • Ability to travel internationally (particularly to Latin America)
    • A valid passport is required; KCF will financially support hire through process if needed.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish
