Job Description:

The Asset Protection Auditor conducts asset protection audits to mitigate shrink, damage and security exposure in a distribution center. They support the safety program and inventory control to drive quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Executes weekly, monthly and quarterly asset protection audits, including data entry, reporting and scorecard updates.
  
• Supports Asset Protection Officers and security guards regarding front desk and gate house operations.
  
• Conducts monthly building security inspections and resolves identified problems.
  
• Validates functions with direct financial risk, such as inventory adjustments and cycle counts.
  
• Provides audit support as needed.
  
• Executes the retail truck salt program and provides subsequent data entry, reporting and scorecard updates.
  
• Assists the Asset Protection Manager in running the Asset Protection Department and Program.
  
  Basic Qualifications: Able to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time.
  
  Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of security experience, 2 years of auditing or inventory control experience, and forklift certification.
