E-Billing Associate

Job Description:

A company is looking for an E-Billing Associate to manage billing and collections for e-billing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new e-bill clients and ensure compliance with invoicing guidelines
Resolve e-bill rejections and reductions, and facilitate collections outreach
Maintain necessary information for successful invoice submission and respond to client inquiries

Required Qualifications

At least one year of experience in e-billing at a law firm
Familiarity with third-party e-billing portals such as CounselLink and SimpleLegal
Proficient in using Excel for reporting and data manipulation
Experience generating and editing ledes files for domestic and international clients
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
